Object Area-reserved for objects

Rich Text Format(RTF)- it enables text to be tranferred and read by different applications

AutoContent Wizard- a tool to help you create a presentation easily with preprogrammed layouts, design, and text

Boilerplate text-standard text which is appropriate

Presentation-a formal or an informal report or known as a "speach".

Thumbnails-slide tabs in small views

Splitter Bars- horizontal or vertical bars

Title Slide-first slide in a presentation

Title-the main topic of any slide

Placeholders- a preset location reserving space for a slide element

PowerPoint Sumary

Summary:
I have used powerpoint before. It can help explaining presentaions way easier. It also makes it the presentation interesting. You can use pictures to show the viewers exactly what you are talking about. You can use the powerpoint to create a slide show to talk about different topics.
